Unblocking domain doesn't work anymore

### Action

When I am in the query log with the blocked filter applied, unblocking a blocked domain doesn't add it in the Custom filtering rules list even if it said it is added.
I have 146 rules enabled.

### Expected result

Domain is added.

### Actual result

Domain is not added.
