DNS response mode recommendation

### The problem

I live in China, and when I use the option 'Fastest IP address' it makes the DNS resolution for some foreign websites incredibly slow since those servers are located overseas.

### Proposed solution

Add an option to filter for the fastest IP address using ping, instead of using TCP connection, and return the IP address that responded to the ping first.
