trusted_proxies in OpenAPI

### The problem

Hello. In the openAPI https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardHome/blob/master/openapi/openapi.yaml there is no parameter for set up the trusted_proxies. It's necessary for some tools like a adguardhome-sync

### Proposed solution

Add the parameter trusted_proxies to OpenAPI.

And it would be nice to add this to the web interface too
