2 or more differents dns server port binding

### The problem

I can not set dns server to 2 different port. I want 192.168.xx.xx to bind to port 53 and 127.xx.xx.xx to port 1253.

### Proposed solution

That dns service address and its port can be set by using ip_address:port format. So it can use different port for each address. Just like http service address and port setting works.
