Request to add the function of counting the amount of interception according to the rule

### The problem

When many rules are used, we don't know the specific interception amount of each rule, So I want to add this function to judge the specific usage of each rule. O that rules with low usage rates can be removed

### Proposed solution

Increase usage statistics per rule
