Collapse blocked services list on Client Settings Window

### The problem

When displaying the client settings on a desktop browser or mobile device, the formatting of the blocked services causes the entries to be hard to find. In addition to #7378 , displaying just the first few blocked service icons and a ... ellipsis would allow me to better scroll through the list.

### Proposed solution

Update the `.logs__row--icons` css class to have `height: 44px`, it displays much better.

### Alternatives considered and additional information

You could add an expand option by adding a click handler on that div to turn height: auto attribute on that specific cell.
