Query logs rotation setting is ignored

Query logs rotation setting in General settings is set to 24 hours.

### Expected result

Queries displayed in the Query Log should not be older than 24 hours.

### Actual result

Queries displayed in the Query Log are older than 24 hours, so the corresponding setting in General settings is ignored.
