Ability to name domain queries

### The problem

Currently when visiting the query log we are unable to name queries making it hard to identify repeat queries on a high traffic network.

### Proposed solution

Adding the ability to name queries for easier identification. For example, my highest query is for 'signal.pod6.avatar.ext.hp.com' which is used by HP's Instant Ink service. It would be great to be able to name this query so I can see what it is at a quick glance.
