[Feature request] Support for DNS Rewritelists via URL Subscription

### The problem

AdGuard Home currently supports DNS blocklists and allowlists via URL subscriptions, which is very convenient. However, DNS rewrites can only be added manually.

### Proposed solution

It would be great to have a DNS rewritelists feature, allowing users to subscribe to online rewrite rules via URL—just like blocklists and allowlists. This would make managing DNS rewrites much easier and more scalable.
