DHCP: Multiple mac address per single static IP lease

### The problem

There are machines, like for e.g. a printer, that has two interfaces, wifi and ethernet. It would help to set both mac adress at the same static IP lease. This would permit that changing the interface wifi to ethernet or ehternet to wifi, the IP would not change.
