Logs section update

### The problem

I would like to inquire whether it would be possible to add a feature to the program under the #logs section, allowing me to add entries to the exceptions list with a single button, so that they are no longer listed.

### Proposed solution

Add a button to the query log to ignore these domains from logging/statistics
