Feature Request: Enable protection and/or log only traffic from a specific client

It would be nice if AdGuard Home could be configured to just block/log requests from a specific client, while forwarding all other requests to the upstream DNS server **without** logging them.

What's the purpose of this? To better understand and analyze the traffic for that specific client by looking at the log and the "top queried domains" and "top blocked domains".

Yes, I could filter the requests and when #636 is fixed it would even be easier. However, enabling protection/logging for a single client would make ALL statistics about that client only, giving you a better overview of what's going on, traffic wise, on that client.
