Blank homepage with console error: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING

On one machine

### AdGuard Home version

v0.108.0-b.63

### Action

Upgraded from v0.108.0-b.62 to v0.108.0-b.63 and visited http://127.0.0.1:8089/ as usual.

### Expected result

To see the AdGuard Home homepage.

### Actual result

Blank webpage with the following console error:

`GET http://127.0.0.1:8089/main.d7582d7429720104d0eb.js net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING 200 (OK)`

### Additional information and/or screenshots

Windows 11 24H2, Chrome 133.0.6943.127.

Restarted AGH service, cleared browser cache and site cache/cookies, disabled all extensions.

Homepage does load successfully in roughly 1 in 20 refreshes.
