希望能增加单一域名dns缓存清除功能和doh json api的请求

### The problem

有时候需要清除单个域名dns缓存而不是所有dns缓存清空的时候，就很需要指定域名dns缓存清空
而doh json api就类似于https://dns.alidns.com/resolve?name=www.taobao.com.&type=1,可以直接查询解析记录值
