Multiple Interfaces, different subnets and static leases

AMD64 (aka x86_64 via Proxmox) and Mediatek/ARM Openwrt

### Installation

Custom package (OpenWrt, HomeAssistant, etc; please mention in the description)

### Setup

On a router, DHCP is handled by AdGuard Home

### AdGuard Home version

v0.107.55

### Action

Try to enter a static lease on two different interfaces using two different subnets for the DHCP range

### Expected result

Once the interfaces have had their subnet/ip ranges defined, the addition of a static lease to an interface should validate the subnet/ip address for the selected interface in the drop down list.

### Actual result

The static lease entry form validates the subnet details against the details as shown in the upper IPv4 pane, even if those subnet details are different to the those which were saved for the selected interface in the drop down list. It appears the IPv4 pane under the drop box for the DHCP interfaces displays the last saved details in the pane, NOT the details associated with the interface in the drop down. As a result to enter a static lease in a different subnet, you have to select the different interface, re-enter and re-save the details and then add the static lease which then validates against the correct subnet/range in the pane.

I have reproduced this on an Openwrt router running AGH directly (mulitple interfaces like br-lan, br-iot, etc) and on a Proxmox LXC container running multiple nics/virtual nics (bridges)
