Add an easy to see Quick Toggle in each client in the client list to bypass all DNS filtering.

### The problem

While we can bypass all filtering for a client inside the client settings, there is no way to rapidly see which elements are being bypassed, nor restore the "old" configuration.

### Proposed solution

I propose to add a toggle on the client list, that can also be sorted by, to allows us rapidly disable all filtering for that client and give us instant feedback about which clients have the filtering disabled.
