opensuse client hostname display is not normal

English is not my native language and I tried to describe my my problem with translation software.
I installed adguardhome on proxmoxve, the installation system is opensuse. by default the application main panel "top clients" shows the client hostname and ip normally. but after reboot it only shows the ip, and after clicking on the application again, after there is a new data flow However, after reboot, it only shows the ip, and after clicking the application again, it will show the client hostname again after new data traffic.

### Expected result

Apply the main panel "top clients" to display client hostname and ip in default settings

### Actual result

By default, the main panel of the application "top clients" displays the client hostname and ip normally, but after reboot it only displays the ip, and after re-clicking the application, it will display the client hostname again when there is new data traffic.
