Incorperate option to add a Tag* to individual domains in the query log (Comment* Descriptor* Label* Note*) Proposed UI Images Attached

### The problem

I would like to be able to add a note or comment to some URLs for ease of info about what they are .


### Proposed solution

I have added what i think would be a nice option to the GUI
