### The problem

Suppose, I have two NICs.
I need to specify certain addresses using NIC 1. certain addresses using NIC 2. make a DNS lookup request.

This will allow for efficient and faster DNS resolution and requests.

It can also be used in certain scenarios to resolve network loops.

Bind the network card, or make mark settings
