Certbot SSL certificate acquisition instructions are not up-to-date

### The problem

This section of the wiki is outdated, and SSL noob like me can't figure it out with the existing instructions.

- There is no longer an option for "None of the above", It's now called "Other"
- There is no "Get Started" section on Certbot's website. This is where I'm personally stuck.

### Proposed solution

Someone smarter that me could probably update the wiki.
