Unblocking domains when many rules are applied

### Action

When using many rules (from Filter Lists) unblocking a domain using the Query Log page takes a very long time (around 12 seconds) to apply in browser.

### Expected result

Unblocking applies within seconds.

Unblocking takes a very long time (around 12 seconds) to apply in browser.
