[Feature Request] Filter Select and Apply Strategy

In conduction with #667, I recommend providing users with a select/deselect all button in filters along with an apply button, rather than a “select and apply automatically” type strategy which is currently in place.
The reason for this is due to large amounts of filters being applied which can slow down the device and provide confusion as the users enables/disables multiple user lists waiting an unknown amount of time for their settings to be applied.
