Huawai ax3 router does not support DNS adguard 127.0.0.1

### Action

Huawai ax3 router does not support DNS adguard 127.0.0.1
Is it possible to use/configure another IP instead of 127.0.0.1?

### Expected result

Another IP to use on my Huawai AX3 PRO router

### Actual result

Huawai AX3 PRO router does not support IP 127.0.0.1 as a valid DNS server.
