improve log system

### The problem

improve logs
for example, if the domain google.com is blocked by a rule

and i would you add level on log
because the mod debug for have log generate too many log for nothing

### Proposed solution

put bloked by rule google.com
add keyword
example : like blocked allow ,treated etc
bloked google.com by rule "rules"

and other level of log like verbose

because debug mod for log generate too many log for nothing :
