Set default sort for 'Average processing time' on the Dashboard to fastest to slowest

### The problem

It would make more sense if servers in the Average processing time section of the Dashboard were sorted fastest to slowest. They currently default to slowest to fastest sorting.

### Proposed solution

Set the default sort for Average processing time to fastest to slowest.
