Can't get Adguard distinguish clients with DoT and DoH with NPM as reverse proxy

### Description

Hi, after many hours of trying to make everything set up I came here

Adguard on rootless podman + Nginx-Proxy-Manager as proxy

NPM IP - 10.89.1.21

My custom location: (/dns-query -> 10.89.1.21:{ui_port})
```
proxy_set_header Host $host;
proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
proxy_bind 10.89.1.21
```
My trusted_proxies:

```
trusted_proxies:
- 127.0.0.0/8
- ::1/128
- 10.89.1.21
```

It seems I'm terribly misunderstanding headers or something

And the same with DoT, it's in the trusted proxies, but still no result(or I check in a wrong way)
