Allow searching query logs by domain AND device at the same time

### Description

Hi.
Could you add the ability to search at the same time by domain and by client? It could be useful to see when/how many times an specific device sends a request to a domain.
That could be done by separating both search terms with a comma. For example: apple.com, 192.168.1.18
The other option would be to leave the search field as it is right now, and next to it add a select dropdown with all the devices.
