Client settings - Persistent/Runtime Clients UI

### Description

#### What problem are you trying to solve? - The sort Option for clients in both Runtime and persistent columns defaults to sort by request count every time you login. Additional the contents don't Auto resize so when client name is log, you have to manually resize every time you want to check it.

#### Proposed solution - Ability to keep the column sort,resize persistent once its changed manually.
