Option to flush one or more domains from AdGuard's DNS cache

### Description

#### What problem are you trying to solve?
I've migrated a site last night to another country and any query that goes through AdGuard still returns the old IP, even after a hardware reboot.
If I use a VPN or my phone's mobile data connection to bypass AdGuard, the domain resolves to the new IP and everything works fine, but every time AdGuard fulfills the DNS query the domain resolves to the old IP address.
I've flushed both the computer's DNS cache as well as Firefox's between tests, so this just leaves AdGuard as the culprit

Ad an option to force flush one specific domain from AdGuard's DNS cache.
