Function request about AdGuardDNS server management class (multiple servers)

### Description

#### What problem are you trying to solve?
All DNS rewrite parameters and other DNS parameters of multiple AdGuardDNS servers are unified, and there is only one console to uniformly manage these servers
#### Proposed solution
As for the solution, I have an idea. In fact, we can refer to the settings of the MESH router to uniformly manage multiple AdGuard DNS servers

There are no alternatives at present
#### Additional information
The effect of my idea is that the master server has a console, and other slave servers can only passively accept the parameters of the master server. If the master server crashes or is unavailable, the slave server will temporarily assume the role of the master server and start the console until the master server is repaired successfully.
