Try to update my AdGuard Home installation

#### Expected result
Be able to update to v0.108.0-b.21

#### Actual result
Block with the version v0.108.0-b.10. Error while connecting on the dashboard : Error: control/version.json | checking ability to bind privileged ports: invalid argument | 500

DHCP handled by AdGuard Home
Cannot launch AdGuard above this version, this version v0.108.0-b.10 is the last I can run.
