Add option to convert hosts/domain blocklist to adblock syntax

### Description

#### What feature are you requesting?
Add an option to convert hosts/domain blocklist to adblock syntax using [adguard's own hostlist compiler](https://github.com/AdguardTeam/HostlistCompiler)

#### Why are you requesting it?
To get better blocking rate, reduce file size, remove invalid entries like the custom host records in stevenblacks unified list.

#### Additional information
You can add a toggle when users add blocklists and let users customize the different options through the interface.
