DNS blocklists and allowlists pagination issue

### Description

#### Prerequisites:
- AdGuard Home installed and running

#### Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the **Filters** -> **DNS blocklists** tab
2. Click on the **Add blocklist** button -> **Choose from the list**
3. Select 15+ filters and press **Save**
4. Choose list filtering option: 5 rows
5. Click on the **Next** button until you see `Page 3 /4`
6. Choose list filtering option: 50 rows

#### Expected result
Page field shows `1 /1`

#### Actual result
Page field shows `3 /1`

#### Additional information
Same thing with DNS Allowlists
