Provide an out of the box affiliate allow list

### Description

#### What problem are you trying to solve?
Too often AGH breaks affiliate links. There are legitimate use cases such as order confirmation emails, etc. Affiliate links/domains shouldn't be blocked in general as they come into play only when clicked on.

#### Proposed solution
Provide an out of the box AGH allow list for affiliate links, similar to
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nextdns/metadata/master/privacy/affiliate-tracking-domains
Note that the above needs to be converted to AGH format to also include subdomains.

#### Alternatives considered
Adding https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nextdns/metadata/master/privacy/affiliate-tracking-domains
directly, but it doesn't work well because its syntax doesn't include subdomains.

We should track this issue as it's pretty important.
