log_compress config doesn't work properly

### Issue Details

* **Version of AdGuard Home server:**
* v0.106.3
* **How did you install AdGuard Home:**
* OPENWRT Builded-in, and maybe it's installed from github
* **How did you setup DNS configuration:**
* Router
* **If it's a router or IoT, please write device model:**
* OPENWRT R21
* **CPU architecture:**
* x86_64
* **Operating system and version:**
* linux 5.4.122

### Expected Behavior
the query log files compression to `*.gz`

### Actual Behavior
Even I have already set the `log_compress:true`, but the logs still are stored as raw.

the logs files didn't get compressed, and will soon eat up my disk space till the router dies.

### Additional Information
On my openwrt system, I have installed the `gzip` softerware. Or is there any other dependencies I need to install?
