Evalutate symlinks consistently

Currently, we only evaluate symlinks for `-c` and `-w` flags. @ameshkov proposes, that basically every file path we receive from users should probably get evaluated, because a lot of tools these days use them, including Snapcraft and some Let's Encrypt scripts. I personally don't think it's strictly necessary, but if we assume that that will increase user-friendliness, then we probably have to do it.
