Notify user of when an update has been completed and what changes happened when using AdGuard Home as a Snap

Snaps update automatically and silently. AdGuard Home Snap is no exception to this.
It would be handy to know somehow when these updates happen, and a possible list of changes in that update.

I use the edge channel, these updates can happen frequently, and without me knowing when and what changes have happened. This can really draw from the excitement of new features and changes. It also makes fault finding more difficult.

I propose a seperate page for the "Changelog", whether it be as a tab up the top, or by pressing the version number down the bottom, that shows you the previous changes in each release.
