* **How did you setup DNS configuration:**

### Expected Behavior
Query Log Unblock Button reflects the state of blocking.
### Actual Behavior
Query Log Unblock Button does not reflect the state of blocking.

### Additional Information
After clicking on the grey unblock button it sometimes unblocks, sometimes takes some time to take affect and sometimes does not unblock.
Also the button should change to "Block" once unblocked in the Query log.
