#### Problem Description
Sometimes we disable essential features temporally for various reasons then forget to re-enable them
#### Proposed Solution
Display notification on dashboard or every pages when essential features disabled globally or for several clients
'**Attention**: AdGuardHome protection is off. **Turn On**'
'**Attention**: Block domains using filters and host files are off **Turn On**'
'**Attention**: Block domains using filters and host files are off for clients 'David', 'Workplace'. **Turn On**'
'**Attention**: None of filters are currently active. **Enable Default Filters**'
'**Attention**: Filters haven't been updated for 30 days. **Update Now**'
