Allow changing admin password via Web UI

### Problem Description

I hope to add a built-in function to modify the administrator password on the web. Using "htpasswd" is difficult for people who are less likely to use Linux devices. At least it's very difficult for me, who usually only uses windows. I tried to follow the steps you gave to change the administrator password on the server side, but failed.
