Add Android/Google TV support for new Adguard DNS app

### Issue Details

Setting up a private DNS on TVs has always been a hassle which requires tweaking at adb shell. I want to use my private adguard DNS on my TV which is not at router level (need different blocklist on TV)

### Proposed solution

I would like to have an android TV version of the DNS app which make use of private DNS of android (which is hidden in TVs) or atleast work as local VPN for DNS connection.
AND most importantly, it should have an "Auto Connect" feature so I don't have to connect it manually everytime I turn on TV.
