Allow filtering by IP address

### Issue Details

There is no IP address drop down in the query log to be able to search by IP address.

### Proposed solution

Show a drop down in the query log allowing to search by IP address.

### Alternative solution

Add a sub-heading under each client, showing their IP address, searching for both client and IP address in the same drop down.
