Show traffic destination lines running across the visible map, rather than off the screen

Currently the traffic destination lines can run off the map, continuing on the other side which doesn't look visually appealing.

As this is not a a technically correct map, and a representation of where traffic is going to, it would look a lot better to present the lines running across the map instead without being cut off, and continuing on the other side.
