Implement Nominatim as an alternative to Android Geocoder and Google Places

Since you need to Pay for Places SDK features it would be helpful to have an alternative to it.

Implement the OpenStreetMap's Nominatim API would be a good alternative.

We can consider looking for more APIs to implement to make the users implement what it fits better to their needs.
