I get the following error when compiling against CUDA

This happens on both `stable `and `develop` branches with hipSYCL compiled with gcc-8 (also tried to compile with clang-11, same result).

System config:
Ubuntu 18.04
gcc-8.4
clang-11
CUDA 10.2
sm_30 arch GPU

I believe it is similar issue as in #356
