Description
In preferences => key shortcuts there is an option called clone window. I think this is a useful feature that can also be achieved by finding and dragging the currently opened file into another window. It would be great if this could be added to the Navigate or Window menu as a quicker option than finding the location of the file that you are already reading. I have wanted this for a while but only just found the key shortcut.

Research direction
Start in the preferences key-shortcuts area by locating the existing Clone window command, then inspect how the Navigate and Window menus define their actions. Add the existing command to the appropriate menu so it is available without a shortcut or file drag, and verify that selecting it performs the same clone-window action.
