Same hostname appears twice in Blocked list

**Describe the bug**
Consider a hostname: 00author.com. If you open Adaway's Blocked hostnames list, you'll see the same hostname occurring twice as:
00author.com and www.00author.com
The above hostname was just an example,this happens with several other hostnames
This happens even when only using Adaway's default Hosts Sources.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Tap on the 'Blocked' box on the top left
2. Search for a hostname using search bar(e.g 00author.com)
3. See duplicate hostnames

**Expected behavior**
Blocked list should have unique hostnames
