Several issues after update from v4 to v5.1

Thank you very much for the new UI

**Describe the bug**

1. After the update the app icon on the home screen has disappeared
2. As reported in a different issue the font does not fit into the start screens on first startup, it is far too big
3. After the first start the standard lists were not installed, only the own ones, Adaway was not active
4. After an automatic update of the standard sources Adaway states that there are 2 lists up to date, 0 out of date, but there are 3 lists. After a manual update the correct number 3 is stated, but after reopening the UI the 2 is back.

5. Question: Were can I see in the new UI whether the web server is running?

**To Reproduce**
I restored the old version and updated again:
Nos. 1,2 and 4 remain
3 was OK now.

**Device**
- AdAway version: 5.1.
- Device: Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus (SM-G901F)
- Android version: LineageOS for microG 16 (Android 9)
- Root version addon-su (from LineageOS)
