Something went wrong, Symlink missing, a vicious circle

**Describe the bug**
I just updated my device from android 9 Pie to android 10, I created a backup from the app with its data via Titanium Backup, after reinstalled it I found the ads blocker is disabled and when I tried to enable it "Symlink missing" issue appears I clicked on yes to create the file then another "yes" to restart the phone after that I open the app again and I found the same thing! , then I repeat the attempts many times but no change it looks like a vicious circle! , I tried to do with this attempt manually via TWRP

adb shell
cd system
cd etc
rm hosts
ln -s /data/data/hosts /system/etc/hosts

In AdAway -> Settings -> hosts file to use is /data/data/hosts

**Expected behavior**
It's supposed I see the ad blocker is enabled, "Newest hosts files enabled"
