Outgoing Call not possible using Wimax from Libya

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Hi I am using IMSDROID Version Name- 2.554.910.

1. Able to register successfully to the server using WIMAX from Libya.
2. While making outgoing calls, no INVITE request sent to server.Hence,
outgoing call not possible.

NOTE - Incoming call working fine without any issue. The same dialer also
working with other WIFI network and 3G without any issue. But particularly with
WIMAX from Libya outgoing is not working.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The outgoing call should work with WIMAX just the same way it is working with
other Wifi Network and 3G. But, outgoing call not possible using WIMAX from
Libya.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version Name- 2.554.910 , Version Code-554

Please provide any additional information below.

Using the same server and port with WIMAX from Libya, the Linphone dialer is
working fine without any issue. but IMSDROID is not able to make outgoing call.
